摘要
航空制造中面临在蒙皮壁板上大量的手工制孔,采用传统刀具结构进行大余量制孔时,由于轴向力过大,产品容易变形,同时易出现孔径粗糙、振刀卡刀和制孔效率低等问题。本文基于分层切削理论,提出一种针对薄蒙皮的圣诞树复合制孔刀具,结合航空装配制孔应用场景,开展该刀具的大余量制孔策略试验研究,保证产品制孔稳定性,提升手工制孔效率。
Aircraft assembly process is faced with a large number of manual drilling in thin-wall parts, skin siding is the most typical.When the traditional structure tool is used in single-step hole making with large allowance of skin wall, there are problems such as deformation, rough aperture, vibration tool clamping, low efficiency of hole making and multiple tool specifications.In this paper, a special “Christmas tree” tool for thin wall hole making is designed based on layered cutting theory.The application boundary is determined and the hole-making strategy is formulated through the application scenario test, so as to realize the high efficiency, high quality and stable hole-making of thin skin.
