氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼在剖宫产术后自控静脉镇痛中的应用

Application of Flurbiprofen Axetil Combined with Sufentanil in Patient-Controlled Intravenous Analgesia After Cesarean Section

目的 探讨氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼在剖宫产术后自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)中的应用效果。方法 96例行择期剖宫产手术的产妇随机分为两组各48例,对照组术后采用舒芬太尼进行PCIA,观察组术后采用氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼进行PCIA。比较两组的VAS评分、 Ramsay评分、 PCIA泵按压数及不良反应。结果 观察组术后的VAS评分、 Ramsay评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后48 h内的PCIA泵总按压数及有效按压数均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后PCIA的镇痛、镇静效果显著,可有效降低PCIA泵按压数,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA) after cesarean section. Methods 96 puerperae who underwent elective cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given sufentanil for PCIA after surgery, while the observation group was given flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil for PCIA after surgery. The VAS score, Ramsay score, number of PCIA pump pressings and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative VAS score and Ramsay score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The total pressing number and effective pressing number of PCIA pump within 48 h after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusions Flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil applied in PCIA after cesarean section has significant analgesic effect and sedative effect, which can effectively reduce the number of PCIA pump pressings, and has higher safety.
