思维导图在降低肿瘤患者静脉留置针堵管率中的应用

Application of Mind Map in Reducing the Blockage Rate of Venous Indwelling Needle in Tumor Patients

目的 探讨思维导图在降低肿瘤患者静脉留置针堵管率中的应用价值。方法 选取2019年6月至2021年6月我院收治的肿瘤住院患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予思维导图护理。比较两组的静脉留置针不良事件发生率、堵管率、留置时间和护理满意度。结果 研究组的静脉留置针不良事件发生率、堵管率分别为5.00%、 5.00%,显著低于对照组的25.00%、 37.50%(P<0.05)。研究组的留置时间和护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 思维导图可有效延长肿瘤患者的静脉留置针留置时间,降低堵管和不良事件发生风险,提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of mind map in reducing the blockage rate of venous indwelling needle in tumor patients. Methods 80 cases of inpatients with tumor admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received mind map nursing on the basis of the control group. The incidence of adverse events of intravenous indwelling needles, blockage rate, retention time,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events, and blockage rate of intravenous indwelling needles of the study group were 5.00% and 5.00% respectively, significantly lower than 25.00% and 37.50% of the control group, respectively(P <0.05). The retention time and nursing satisfaction degree score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Mind map can effectively prolong the retention time of intravenous indwelling needles,reduce the occurrence risk of blockage and adverse events, and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction degree.
