耳穴贴压、穴位按摩联合提肛运动在痔疮术后便秘患者护理中的应用

Application of Auricular Point Sticking, Acupoint Massage Combined with Levator Ani Exercise in Nursing of Patients with Constipation After Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的 探讨耳穴贴压、穴位按摩联合提肛运动在痔疮术后便秘患者护理中的应用效果。方法 100例痔疮术后便秘患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组采用提肛运动干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用耳穴贴压和穴位按摩干预,比较两组的便秘缓解情况、排便疼痛程度(VAS评分)以及与胃肠相关的生活质量(GIQLI评分)。结果 观察组的便秘总缓解率为84.00%,显著高于对照组的64.00%(P<0.05)。护理1周后,观察组的VAS评分及GIQLI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴贴压、穴位按摩联合提肛运动可有效改善痔疮术后便秘患者的排便情况,减轻排便疼痛程度,提高患者与胃肠相关的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of auricular point sticking, acupoint massage combined with levator ani exercise in nursing of patients with constipation after hemorrhoid surgery. Methods 100 patients with constipation after hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with levator ani exercise, and the observation group was intervened with auricular point sticking and acupoint massage on the basis of the control group. The constipation relief condition, defecation pain degree(VAS score) and gastrointestinal-related quality of life(GIQLI score) were compared between the two groups. Results The total remission rate of constipation in the observation group was 84.00%, significantly higher than 64.00% in the control group(P <0.05). After 1 week of nursing, the VAS score and GIQLI score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Auricular point sticking, acupoint massage combined with levator ani exercise can effectively improve the defecation condition of patients with constipation after hemorrhoid surgery, reduce the defecation pain degree, and improve the gastrointestinal-related quality of life.
