渐进式护理干预在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用

Application of Progressive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的 探讨渐进式护理干预在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年12月至2020年12月我院收治的100例类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为两组各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用渐进式护理干预。比较两组的遵医依从性、关节疼痛程度及关节活动功能。结果 干预后,观察组的用药依从性、饮食依从性及运动依从性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的关节VAS评分及关节活动功能评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组的关节VAS评分及关节活动功能评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 渐进式护理干预可明显提高类风湿关节炎患者的遵医依从性,有效缓解患者关节疼痛,改善患者关节活动功能。

Objective To explore the application effect of progressive nursing intervention in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given progressive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The medical compliance, joint pain degree and joint mobility function were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the medication compliance, diet compliance and exercise compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). After intervention, the joint VAS scores and joint mobility function scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P <0.05), and the joint VAS score and joint mobility function score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Progressive nursing intervention can significantly improve the medical compliance of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,effectively relieve joint pain and improve joint mobility function.
