急性百草枯中毒患者预后情况及其影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 分析急性百草枯中毒(APP)患者预后的影响因素。方法 回顾性分析2017年1月至2020年12月我院急诊科收治的80例APP患者的临床资料,根据预后情况分为死亡组和存活组,采用单因素与多因素分析探讨APP患者预后的影响因素。结果 80例患者治疗30 d内死亡48例,占60.00%;存活32例,占40.00%。死亡组和存活组的肝脏损伤、肾脏损伤、中毒浓度、白细胞计数、血糖水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,肝脏损伤、肾脏损伤、中毒浓度高、白细胞计数高、血糖水平高是导致APP患者死亡的危险因素(OR>1, P<0.05)。结论 APP患者的预后受早期脏器功能、中毒浓度、白细胞计数、血糖水平的影响,临床需根据患者实际情况调整治疗方案,以降低死亡率。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors of prognosis of patients with acute paraquat poisoning(APP). Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with APP admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the prognosis, all cases were divided into the death group and the survival group. Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of the prognosis of APP patients. Results Of the 80 patients, 48 cases died within 30 days of treatment, accounting for 60.00%;32 cases survived, accounting for 40.00%. There were significant differences in liver injury, kidney injury, toxic concentration, white blood cell count, and blood glucose level between the death group and the survival group(P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that liver injury, kidney injury, high toxic concentration, high white blood cell count,and high blood glucose level were risk factors for death of patients with APP(OR>1, P <0.05). Conclusions The prognosis of APP patients is affected by the early organ function, toxic concentration, white blood cell count, and blood glucose level. The clinical treatment plan needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation of the patient to reduce the mortality rate.
