乙烯裂解炉投退料控制回路性能评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 乙烯裂解炉快速平稳投退料是降低乙烯原料损失和提高乙烯装置效益的途径之一,实现乙烯裂解炉投退料的先进控制,需要保持良好的基础回路控制性能和较高回路有效投用率。研究了一种控制回路性能的综合评价方法,基于控制回路关键品质指标要求,实时采集控制回路的过程参数,研究离散指标、稳定性指标及快速性指标的计算及有效投用率的评价方法。实践表明:该方法结合相关软件可以实现实时控制回路性能评估,有效识别出性能较差的控制回路,诊断异常原因并进行优化,进而提高基础回路的控制性能。 The fast and stable material feeding and drawing of ethylene cracking furnace is one of the approach to decrease the ethylene raw material loss and to increase the ethylene installation efficiency. To realize the advanced control for feeding and drawing of ethylene cracking furnance, it needs to keep a good basic loop control performance and high loop efficient feed-use ratio. A comprehensive evaluation method of the control loop performance is studied. According to the key performance index requirements of control loop, the process parameters of control loop are real-time collected to study the calculation of discrete index, stability index and fastness index, and the evaluation method for efficient feeding-using ratio. The application results have verified the proposed method can realize the real-time control loop performance evaluation with combination of the relative software, and can efficiently identify the control loop with poor performance, and diagnose the abnormal cause and conduct optimization, and improve the basic loop control performance.
