摘要
以某炼油厂干气提浓装置改造项目为例,针对现有压缩机的故障率高,排气量大于实际需求,且干气中的乙烯组分不能被充分利用等问题,提出了更换压缩机和改进控制方案等措施。介绍了往复式压缩机的工作原理,重点阐述了压缩机主要联锁控制方案,压缩机气量无级调节系统的组成、控制原理和实施方案。应用表明,改造后降低了设备故障率,减少了压缩机所做的无用功,提高了压缩机的可靠性和使用寿命。
Taking the reconstruction project of dry gas concentration unit in an oil refinery as an example, aiming at the problems of high failure rate of the existing compressor, the exhaust volume is greater than the actual demand, and the ethylene component in dry gas can not be fully utilized, measures such as replacing the compressor and improving the control scheme are proposed. The working principle of reciprocating compressor is introduced, the main interlocking control scheme of the compressor, the composition, control principle and implementation scheme of the compressor gas volume stepless regulation system are emphasized. The application shows that the failure rate of the equipment after transformation is reduced, the reactive work done by the compressor is reduced, and the reliability and service life of the compressor are improved.
