摘要
针对化工、石化、精细化工行业中,某些生产工艺装置存在的爆炸性危险环境,对相关防爆规范进行了归纳与解读,介绍了气体和粉尘爆炸性环境下危险区域的等级划分、气体与粉尘的分类、温度组别的分类,以及防爆标志的表示方法;结合相关规范与项目经验,讨论了在气体与粉尘爆炸性环境中,选择现场仪表、电缆密封接头、电缆、安全栅等需关注的问题,并给出了选型建议。
Aiming at the explosive dangerous environment in some production installation in the chemical, petrochemical and fine chemical industry, relevant explosion-proof specification are classified and explained. The grading of hazardous areas, the classification of gas and dust, and the classification of temperature groups and the expression method of explosion-proof marks of gas and dust explosive environment are introduced. According to the relevant specifications and project experience, the problem needing attention on the selection of field instruments, cable glands, cables and safety barriers are discussed, and the suggestion of type selection is proposed.
