摘要
针对常规测试仪为满足标准要求,必须手动操作,存在自动化程度低、数据重复性差等问题,开发了一套新型FCC催化剂直管磨损指数测定仪。该测定仪优化了沉降器敲击方式和气体加湿方式,并提出了一种基于理想气体方程的磨损流量动态补偿计算算法,使得试验全程工况大幅变化时催化剂磨损区气流线速保持恒定,且基于PLC和图形化人机界面设计了装置自动控制系统。实验结果表明,该测定仪测得的催化剂磨损指数比实测标准偏差均低于5%,重复性好。
Aiming at the problems of low automation and poor data repeatability caused by the manual operation which is required to satisfy the standard for common tester, a novel attrition index test apparatus of FCC catalyst based on straight tube method is designed, settler knocking mode and gas humidification mode are optimized, and an attrition flow dynamic compensation calculation algorithm based on the ideal gas equation is put forward, which makes the airflow line speed of catalyst attrition area constant when working condition varies sharply for the whole test course, and the installation automatic control system is designed based on PLC and graphical human-computer interface. The experimental results show that attrition index of the FCC catalysts from the apparatus has a relative standard deviation of less than 5%, and repeatability is good.
