摘要
伴随着国民经济的快速发展,城镇居民的生活质量越来越高,城镇居民对环境的要求逐渐提高,政府开始对一些工厂进行疏解,为了给市民留下工业记忆以及让老旧厂房再次利用,特对一些厂房进行改造。以北京未来设计园区EPC总承包项目为例,从设计阶段图纸优化和项目利旧改造两个方面,对老旧厂房改造工程EPC总承包项目管理的工作重点进行了分析,对创效经验进行了分享,为以后相关工程提供一些有益借鉴,使EPC工程总承包团队中的设计+施工,产生1+1大于2的效果。
With the rapid development of the national economy, the quality of life of urban residents is getting higher and higher, and the requirements of urban residents for the environment are gradually improving. The government began to ease some factories. In order to leave industrial memory for citizens and reuse old factories,some factories are specially transformed. Taking the EPC general contracting project of Beijing Future Design Park as an example, this paper analyzes the key points of EPC general contracting project management of old plant renovation project from the aspects of drawing optimization in the design stage and project benefit of old renovation, and shares the experience of efficiency creation, providing some useful reference for future related projects. It makes the design and construction of EPC project general contracting team produce the effect that 1 + 1 is greater than 2.
