摘要
本工程采用1套专门针对餐厨垃圾预处理工程设计、制造的综合分选系统对餐厨垃圾进行处理。经湿热解提油系统分离后产粗油脂作为工业原料直接外售。以湿热解技术为核心的综合分选系统在本工程的设计、建设和运行过程中,表现出油脂回收率高、杂质分离效率高、有机质损失小、节省占地、运行效果稳定、运行成本低、自动化程度高等优势。
A set of comprehensive sorting system specially designed and manufactured by the company for food waste pretreatment engineering is used to treat food waste.After being separated by the wet pyrolysis oil extraction system,the crude oil is directly sold as industrial raw materials.During the design,construction and operation of the project,the comprehensive separation system with wet pyrolysis technology as the core shows the advantages of high oil recovery rate,high impurity separation efficiency,small organic matter loss,land saving,stable operation effect,low operation cost and high degree of automation.
