摘要
垃圾渗沥液浓缩液盐分、有机物质含量高,采用常规的间壁式蒸发器,加热盘管容易结垢,运行极不稳定,需要经常性检修。本项目搭建一种循环热风蒸发废液中试设备,采用热风作为中间介质,间接加热蒸发废液,避免了结垢问题。通过检测分析,蒸发冷凝液满足《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962-2015)中的表1C级排放标准。
The concentrated solution of waste leachate has high salt and organic matter content.The conventional wall evaporator is adopted.The heating coil is easy to scale and the operation is extremely unstable,which needs regular maintenance.In this project,a pilot scale equipment for circulating hot air evaporation of waste liquid is built,which uses hot air as the intermediate medium to indirectly heat and evaporate the waste liquid to avoid scaling.Through detection and analysis,the evaporated condensate meets the water quality standard(GB/T 31962-2015).
