摘要
配电自动化最重要的一项功能是当配电网发生单相接地故障时,能够快速对故障类型进行有效诊断,确定故障位置,采取有效的措施隔离故障区域,以最快速度恢复配电网的正常运行。因此十分有必要对小电流接地系统的单相故障进行深入研究。本文专门针对小电流接地系统单相故障提出了一种信息跨地域、功能分层次、操作实时性的故障定位方法,有效解决了小电流接地故障诊断难得问题,以有效合理的方法不断提升配电网故障诊断效率,提高供电质量,实现配电网的安全、可靠、稳定运行。
One of the most important functions of distribution automation is that when a single-phase ground fault occurs in the distribution network, it can quickly make an effective diagnosis of the fault type, determine the fault location, take effective measures to isolate the fault area, and restore the normal operation of the distribution network at the fastest speed.Therefore, it is very necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the single-phase fault of the small-current grounding system.In this paper, a fault location method with cross-regional information, hierarchical function and real-time operation is proposed specifically for single-phase faults of small-current grounding system, which effectively solves the problem of difficult diagnosis of small-current grounding faults and continuously improves the efficiency of fault diagnosis of distribution network with an effective and reasonable method to improve the quality of power supply and realize the safe, reliable and stable operation of distribution network.
