Parkinson's disease(PD)is the most frequent movement disorder and the second most prevalent age-related neurodegenerative disease(ND)worldwide.From the clinical point of view,it is characterized by severe motor complications,including uncontrollable resting tremors,rigidity,bradykinesia,and postural instability.
