摘要
为重复检验思茅松苗期试验结果及其造林效果是否具有一致性,采用U_(15)*(5^(8))均匀设计,开展浸种、容器规格、基质施用缓释肥及叶面喷施氮肥等组合措施的思茅松育苗试验研究,结果显示:(1)容器规格和基质施用缓释肥为思茅松容器苗生长的关键影响因子。在造林前后的3个时期不同因子对地径的影响均呈现相同的规律,主导因子依次为容器规格和缓释肥,径(地径或胸径)、高(苗高或树高)均随容器容积的增大而呈增大趋势,但对苗高的影响则略有不同,苗期缓释肥对苗高影响居于容器规格之前,思茅松造林后则以容器规格居前,总体上营养空间显著地影响苗期生长及造林后幼树的生长。(2)试验中以0.10 g/L的IBA溶液浸泡种子播种于基质施3.5 kg/m^(3)缓释肥的15.0 cm×24.0 cm无纺布容器中的处理措施效果最好,在苗龄107 d、造林6.5个月和2.5 a时,思茅松的地径/胸径、苗高/幼树高、分枝轮数和冠幅等指标在同一生长阶段中都显著优于其它试验处理,并且与2019年苗期重复试验的结果一致,验证了应用优质苗木造林,可提高林分质量和生长量的结论。本试验的最佳组合可作为思茅松容器苗标准化培育的技术措施应用于生产。
To repeatedly test whether the experimental results at the seedling stage and their afforestation effects are consistent,in this paper,U_(15)*(5^(8))uniform design was used to carry out seedling cultivation experiments of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis with a combination of seed soaking,container size,substrate application of slow-release fertilizer,and foliar spraying of nitrogen fertilizer.The results showed that the container size and substrate application of slow-release fertilizer were the key factors affecting the growth of container seedlings of P.kesiya var.langbianensis.The influence of different factors on ground diameter in the three periods before and after afforestation all showed the same law.The dominant factors were container size and slow-release fertilizer in order.ground diameter/diameter at breast height,seedling height/sapling height all increased with the increase of container volume.It has an increasing trend,but the effect on seedling height is slightly different.The effect of slow-release fertilizer at the seedling stage on the seedling height is before the container size,and after afforestation,the container size is the first.In general,the nutrient space significantly affects the growth of seedling and seedling growth after afforestation.In the experiment,soaking seeds with 0.10 g/L IBA solution and sown in a 15.0cm×24.0cm non-woven container with 3.5 kg/m^(3) slow-release fertilizer applied to the substrate had the best treatment effect.At 107d,afforestation 6.5 months and 2.5 years,ground diameter/chest diameter,seedling height/seedling height,branch wheel number and crown size and other indicators were significantly better in the same growth stage,and was consistent with the repeated test in 2019,which proved that the application of high-quality seedlings can improve the forest quality and growth volume.Therefore,this test combination measure can be applied to production as a technical measure for the standardized cultivation of container seedlings of P.kesiya var.langbianensis.
