摘要 基于野生动物及其栖息地保护和相关生态影响评价的必要性,评价工作亟需权威性的技术规范和方法指导,针对野生动物及其栖息地生态影响评价的规范性文件和执行标准存在缺失和不足,严重制约了该类评价工作的可行性和决策的客观性。本研究在科学建立指标体系的基础上,采用层次分析法综合量化建设项目对野生动物及其栖息地的生态影响程度,根据不同影响程度构建评价系统,旨在进一步优化相关技术规范,为科学开展建设项目在涉及野生动物及其栖息地的可行性研究提供一套量化的方法体系。 Due to the necessity of wildlife and its habitat protection and related ecological impact assessment,authoritative technical specifications and methodological guidance are urgently needed.At present,the lack of normative documents and implementation standards for ecological impact assessment of wildlife and its habitat severely restricts the feasibility of such assessment and the objectivity of decision-making.This study is trying to set up the index system in science,comprehensively quantify the degree of ecological impact on the basis of using the analytic hierarchy process,and thenbuild the rating system according to the different extent,aim to further optimize the relevant technical specifications and provide a set of quantitative method system for scientifically carrying out the feasibility study of construction projects related wild animal and its habitat.
