外源芍药内酯苷对芍药生长发育及根际土壤的影响 被引量:1

Effects of exogenous albiflorin on the growth of herbaceous peony(Paeonia lactiflora)and rhizosphere soil

摘要 芍药(Paeonia lactiflora)在生产中存在回植障碍问题,这制约了芍药产业的发展。为探究芍药根系分泌物中芍药内酯苷(AF)对芍药生长及根际土壤的影响及其作用机制,以芍药主栽品种‘大地露霜’作为供试材料,在11月和次年3月用不同浓度(0、1、2、4 mg·L^(-1))的芍药内酯苷溶液进行灌根处理,在4月底芍药高生长结束时结合观测其形态指标,取样测定芍药根中的过氧化物酶活性以及丙二醛(MDA)、渗透调节物质、芍药苷(PF)、芍药内酯苷、氧化芍药苷(OF)、儿茶素、苯甲酸、没食子酸和亚精胺(Spd)的含量;测定根际土壤pH、有机质、氮磷钾、苯甲酸、水杨酸、咖啡酸、氧化芍药苷及土壤微生物含量,以及根际土壤中土壤酶的活性。结果表明:低浓度外源AF处理提高了芍药根中可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量,改善了土壤酶活性,促进芍药的生长发育;高浓度AF下芍药生长及成花率受到抑制;根际土壤中真菌数量在低浓度范围时升高,高浓度时有所降低,但均显著高于对照组,细菌数量随着浓度的升高显著增高,推测有益及有害菌的增多影响了根系酶活性,同时影响根系对营养物质的吸收利用,推测高浓度时根系细胞膜系统被破坏,病原微生物更容易侵害植株,限制了芍药的正常生长。本研究旨在为进一步深入探析芍药回植障碍机理提供参考。 There are replanting obstacles in the production of peony,which restricts the development of peony industry.In order to explore the effect and mechanism of albiflorin(AF)in root exudates of Paeonia lactiflora on the growth and rhizosphere soil of P.lactiflora,the main cultivar’Dadilushuang’was used as the test material,and the roots were irrigated with different concentrations of paeoniflorin(0,1,2,4mg·L^(-1))in November and March of the next year.Morphological indexes of P.lactiflora were observed at the end of April.Peroxidase activity and content of malondialdehyde(MDA),osmotic regulatory substance,paeoniflorin(PF),albiflorin,oxypaeoniflorin(OF),catechin,benzoic acid,gallic acid and spermidine(Spd)in paeoniflorin root were determined.The contents of pH,organic matter,NPK,benzoic acid,salicylic acid,caffeic acid,paeoniflorin oxide and soil microorganism in rhizosphere soil were determined,and the activities of soil enzymes in rhizosphere soil were determined.The results showed that low concentration of exogenous AF increased the contents of soluble protein and proline in the root of P.lactiflora,improved soil enzyme activities,and promoted the growth and development of P.lactiflora.The growth and flowering rate of P.lactiflora were inhibited under high concentration AF.Analysis or the increase of harmful bacteria affected the activity of root enzymes,inhibited the absorption and utilization of nutrients by the root system,and restricted the normal growth of peony.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for further in-depth analysis of the mechanism of peony replantation disorder.
