摘要
为深入分析挖掘无线电频率使用率测试数据与经济发展的关联性,科学评估频谱资源的效用价值,综合空域、时域、频域、用户4个方面因素,构建无线电频率使用率综合评价体系。采用主成分分析法,使用2018年某省16个地级市频率使用率专项测试数据,对15个指标进行主成分分析;从宏观角度对频谱资源使用与经济发展之间的关系进行综合分析,计算各指标权重;提取6个主成分来代替原有15个指标,对16个地市无线电频率使用率进行综合评分及排序,并与国内生产总值(GDP)排名进行对比分析。分析表明,频率使用率综合情况与地区经济发展状况正相关,其中年时间占用度、覆盖率、用户渗透率3个指标对经济发展的影响程度较大。
In order to deeply dig and analyze the correlation between the test data of radio frequency utilization rate and economic development,and scientifically evaluate the utility value of spectrum resources,a comprehensive evaluation system of radio frequency utilization rate was constructed by integrating the four factors of airspace,time domain,frequency domain and user.Using the principal component analysis method,15 indicators were analyzed by using the special test data of frequency utilization rate of 16 prefecture-level cities in a province in 2018.Principal component analysis was carried out on 15 indicators,and the spectrum utilization and economic development were comprehensively analyzed from a macro perspective,and the weight of each indicator was calculated.After calculation,a total of 6 principal components were extracted,and their cumulative variance contribution rate exceeded 80%.The extracted 6 principal components were used to replace the original 15 indicators to comprehensively score and sort the radio frequency usage rates of 16 cities.The comprehensive score ranking of frequency utilization rate of prefectures and cities is basically consistent with the ranking of Gross Domestic Product(GDP).The results show that the comprehensive situation of frequency utilization rate is positively correlated with the regional economic development.Among them,the three indicators of annual time occupancy,coverage rate and user penetration rate have a greater impact on economic development.
