摘要
当前,新能源产业供给质量亟需优化,创新是解决这一难题的重要途径。本研究基于社会认知理论选取员工信任作为中介变量,基于社会交换理论选取组织创新氛围作为调节变量,构造了一个可调节的中介模型。通过对国内新能源行业员工问卷数据进行分析,结果表明,亲和幽默型领导对员工创新行为有显著的正向影响,员工信任起中介作用;组织创新氛围能够正向调节亲和幽默型领导与员工信任之间的关系。文章通过探寻亲和幽默型领导与员工创新行为之间的“黑匣子”,为今后企业增强员工创新行为提供对策和建议。
At present,it is urgent to optimize the supply quality of the new energy industry,and innovation is an important way to solve this problem.Based on the social cognition theory,employee trust is selected as the mediating variable,and the organizational innovation climate is selected as the moderating variable based on the social exchange theory,and an adjustable mediating model is constructed.By analyzing the questionnaire data of employees in the domestic new energy industry,the results show that:Affinity and humorous leadership has a significant positive impact on employees'innovative behavior,and employee trust plays a mediating role;organizational innovation atmosphere can positively regulate the relationship between Affinity and humorous leadership and employees.The relationship between employee trust.By exploring the"black box"between the friendly and humorous leadership and employees'innovative behavior,this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to enhance employees'innovative behavior in the future.
