摘要
农村中小学体育教师教学胜任力是实施体育教学、达成课堂教学目标的关键能力。通过问卷星对西藏自治区958名中小学体育教师问卷调查、课堂观察与深度访谈发现:自治区农村中小学体育教师教学胜任力水平不高,教师教龄、职称、编制情况等是影响教师教学胜任力的主要因素;在教学各维度上,胜任水平不同的农村中小学体育教师差异性显著;不同变量水平的农村中小学体育教师教学胜任力表现也存在差异。为了提高自治区农村中小学体育教师教学胜任力水平,需要各级政府与教育行政主管部门重视素质教育,提升本地区农村中小学体育教师课程统整能力,设计促进体育教师专业化发展培训系统。
The teaching competence of rural primary and middle school physical education teachers(PE teachers)is the key ability to implement physical education and achieve classroom teaching objectives.Through the questionnaire survey,classroom observation and in-depth interview of 958 primary and secondary school PE teachers in Tibet Autonomous Region,it is found that the teaching competence level is not high,teachers’teaching age,professional title and establishment are the main factors that affect teaching competence;in each dimension of teaching,there are significant differences among PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools with different competency levels.There are also differences in teaching competence of PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools with different variable levels.In order to improve the teaching competence level of the teachers,governments at all levels and education administrative departments need to pay attention to quality education,enhance the curriculum integration ability,and pay attention to the design of training system to promote the professional development of physical education teachers.
