摘要 依托课题现代学徒制下艺术设计“后工作室”制人才培养模式方案,文创开发设计课程在教学内容、教学模式、教学考核评价方式等方面进行了探索,组建政校行企四方联动平台,注重“专业、乐业、专注”的“工匠型”职业价值观培养,提出了教学课堂流动化、教学师资混合化、教学考核社会化等课堂教学革命的实践与探索。 Based on the“post-studio”talent training mode of art and design under the modern apprenticeship system,the course Cultural and Creative Development and Design has carried out the curriculum exploration and implementation on teaching contents,teaching modes as well as teaching assessment and evaluation methods.It has established a four-way linkage platform through government,school,bank and enterprise,and has paid attention to the cultivation of“Craftsman Type”professional values of“Specialty,Pleasure and Concentration”.This paper puts forward the practice and exploration of classroom teaching revolution,such as the mobility of classroom teaching,the mix of school faculties and the socialization of teaching assessment.
