摘要
以广西的四数九里香叶为原材料,采用水蒸气蒸馏辅助超声提取法提取四数九里香精油,研究了Na Cl浓度、料液比、蒸馏时间、浸泡时间、超声功率等因素对四数九里香精油提取率的影响,在此基础上,采用正交实验进一步优化提取工艺。四数九里香精油的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1∶30(g∶m L)、提取时间300min、超声功率80W,在该工艺条件下,四数九里香精油的提取率为3.54%。本研究确立了四数九里香精油的最佳提取工艺,可为开发四数九里香精油的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
The essential oil was extracted from the leaves of the Murraya tetramera Huang of Guangxi by steam distillation assisted with ultrasonic extraction.The single factors such as NaCl concentration,solid-liquid ratio,distillation time,soaking time and ultrasonic power were studied respectively based on the oil extraction rate of Murraya tetramera Huang.And then,orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process.The optimal extraction conditions were determined as followed:solid-liquid ratio was 1:30(g:mL),extraction time was 300min,ultrasonic power was 80W.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of Murraya tetramera Huang oil was reached 3.54%.This study improved the extraction process of the essential oil from Murraya tetramera Huang,which provided theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of the essential oil of Murraya tetramera Huang.
