无纺布“米”字固定法在肿瘤患者PICC严重皮肤损伤中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨无纺布“米”字固定法在肿瘤患者经外周置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)发生严重皮肤损伤中的应用效果。方法选取2012年3月至2016年8月肿瘤患者PICC发生严重皮肤损伤的病例65例作为对照组,采用纱布敷料为主的的传统固定方法。另选2017年4月至2020年1月肿瘤患者PICC发生严重皮肤损伤的病例70例作为观察组,采用以米字贴膜敷料固定为主的改良固定方法。比较两种严重皮肤损伤处理效果。结果观察组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.698,P<0.001)。观察组治愈时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=1.987,P<0.001)。结论改良的米字贴膜敷料固定方法为PICC严重皮肤损伤的肿瘤患者,继续完成静脉治疗提供了一种有效的保障处理措施,其操作科学、安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the application effects of non-woven fabrics“Mi”fixation method in severe skin injury caused by peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in patients with neoplasms.Methods Sixty patients with neoplasms who had severe skin injury caused by PICC in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2016 were enrolled as control group,who were treated by traditional fixation method with gauze dressing,however,the other 70 patients with neoplasms who had severe skin injury caused by PICC in our hospital from April 2017 to January 2020 were enrolled as observation group,who were treated by modified fixation method of“Mi”type patch dressing.The therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The healing rate in observation group group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),moreover,the healing time in observation group group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The modified“Mi”type patch dressing fixation method is scientific,safe and effective in treatment of severe skin injury caused by PICC in patients with neoplasms,which provides an effective protective measure for complete intravenous treatment.
