阿托伐他汀联合通心络治疗社区冠心病患者的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo in treatment of community patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨社区冠心病患者阿托伐他汀联合通心络的临床效果及对患者临床治疗效果、炎性因子水平、血脂水平以及预后的影响。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月社区收治的冠心病患者100例作为本研究研究目标,依据药物干预方案的差异将病患分为对照组和研究组。对照组应用阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组阿托伐他汀联合通心络治疗。对比2组患者临床治疗效果、2组患者炎性因子水平、2组患者血脂水平以及对比2组生活质量。结果研究组治疗有效率90.0%,对照组为74.0%,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);经干预2组各炎性因子指标均改善,研究组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);药物干预前2组患者HDL-C、TG、LDL-C、TC血脂水平无显著区别(P>0.05),经药物干预2组个血脂指标水平均得到调节,研究组HDL-C水平高于对照组,TG、LDL-C、TC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者社会功能、生理职能等生活质量指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对社区冠心病患者应用阿托伐他汀联合通心络方案进行干预,能有效促进临床疗效提升,降低炎性因子指标,抑制炎性反应,并可有效调节患者的血脂水平,有利于进一步提升患者的生活质量,改善预后,效果良好值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo in treatment of community patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its effects on the levels of inflammatory factors and blood lipid as well as the prognosis Of patients.Methods One hundred patients with CHD were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group and research group according to the difference of drug intervention schmes.The patients in control group were treated by atorvastatin,while those in research group were treated by atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,blood lipid levels and and life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate was in research group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than that(74.0%)in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the inflammatory factors in both groups were improved,and the serum levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of HDL-C,TG,LDL-C and TC between the two groups(P>0.05).After drug intervention,the levels of lipid indexes in the two groups were improved,and the HDL-C levels in research group were significantly higher than those in control group,however,the levels of TG,LDL-C and TC were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the scores of social function,physiological function and life quality indexes in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo for community patients with CHD can effectively improve the clinical curative effects,reduce inflammatory factor index,inhibit the inflammatory response,and can effectively regulate the blood lipid levels of patients,and improve the life quality and prognosis of patients,therefore,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
