针灸辅助治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者后遗症对患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响

Effects of acupuncture adjuvant therapy on the nerve function and daily life aboility of patients with post-stroke depression

目的探讨脑卒中后抑郁症患者后遗症采用针灸辅助治疗的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月收治的脑卒中后抑郁症患者78例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采取常规西药治疗,研究组采用常规西药联合针灸治疗,比较2组疗效,治疗前后的抑郁量表评分、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分以及2组的血浆Cor与神经肽Y水平。结果与对照组相比,研究组总有效率较高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后2周、4周及8周的HAMD评分均低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的NHISS评分较低,而Barthel指数较高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的血浆Cor水平较低,而神经肽Y水平较高(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后抑郁症患者采用针灸治疗,其效果较好,有助于改善患者的抑郁症状及神经功能缺损情况,提高其日常生活能力,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of acupuncture adjuvant therapy for patients with post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 78 patients with depression after cerebral stroke who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and research group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional western medicines,however,those in research group were treated by conventional western medicine combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,depression scale score,neurological deficit score,activities of daily living score,and the serum levels of Cor and neuropeptide Y were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).And the HAMD scores and NHISS scores at 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the Barthel index was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the plasma Cor levels in research group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the neuropeptide Y levels were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for patients with post-stroke depression has better clinical efficacy,which is helpful to improve the symptoms of depression and neurological impairment,and improve the daily living ability of patients,therefore,it is worthy of application and popularization in clinical practice.
