关键链法在大型水利工程项目进度管理中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为有效实施大型水利工程项目进度管理,笔者深入分析项目建设的特点、项目进度管理存在的问题和项目进度管理核心影响因素,通过对比传统进度管理方法和关键链法,提出基于关键链法的项目进度管理方法,并构建包含子项目优先级排序、关键链的识别和确定、工序持续时间估算和缓冲区设置的关键链法进度管理模型。项目实例应用结果表明:与关键路径法、三点估算法相比,关键链法能够更加合理缩短计划工期,保障项目计划完工率;关键链法可以有效解决风险因素、人为因素、资源约束等造成的施工进度滞后问题,为大型水利工程项目进度管理提供重要参考依据。 In order to effectively implement the schedule management of large-scale water projects, the authors deeply analyze the characteristics of project construction, the problems existing in project schedule management and the core influencing factors of project schedule management. By comparing the traditional schedule management method and the critical chain method, the project schedule management method based on the critical chain method is proposed, and the critical chain method schedule management model is constructed,which includes sub-project priority sorting, critical chain identification and determination, process duration estimation and buffer setting. The application results of project examples show that compared with the critical path method and three-point estimation method, the critical chain method can shorten the planning period more reasonably and ensure the completion rate of the project plan;Critical chain method can effectively solve the problem of lagging construction progress caused by risk factors, human factors and resource constraints, and provide important reference for the progress management of large-scale water projects.
