为提高建筑工程项目的质量,提出基于BIM的建筑施工质量风险评估模型。构建建筑施工质量风险评估指标体系,基于BIM技术,结合评价需求,计算不同评价指标的权重值,并采用对结果量化的方式,进行风险的综合评估。实例结果证明,设计模型能够对风险进行有效评估。

To improve the quality of construction projects, a risk assessment model of building construction quality based on BIM is proposed. Construct a construction quality risk assessment index system, based on BIM technology, combined with evaluation needs, calculate the weight values of different evaluation indicators, and use the method of quantifying the results to conduct a comprehensive assessment of risks. The results prove that the design model can effectively assess the risk.
