基于BIM技术的作业模式能够弥补我国传统作业模式所存在弊端和不足,切实满足我国建筑产业现代化、全球化发展的基本要求。结合BIM的技术特点,探究BIM应用与推广中所存在的挑战,提出科学合理的应用策略和思路,以期提升我国建筑产业的发展质量和效率。

The operation mode based on BIM technology can make up for the shortcomings and deficiencies of China’s traditional operation mode, and effectively meet the basic requirements of the modernization and global development of China’s construction industry. Combined with the technical characteristics of BIM, the research explores the challenges in the application and promotion of BIM, and put forward scientific and reasonable application strategies and ideas to improve the development quality and efficiency of China’s construction industry.
