建筑施工企业风险管理对策

Risk Management Countermeasures of Construction Enterprises

近年来,我国建筑市场规模呈爆发式增长。但是,许多建筑施工企业的风险管理能力较弱,也不注重风险管理工作。文章通过对一些施工企业的经营活动进行调研后,指出很多建筑施工企业风险管理普遍存在的问题,同时根据这些问题给出风险管理对策。

In recent years, the scale of China’s construction market has grown rapidly. However, many construction companies owns weak risk management capabilities and do not pay much attention to risk management. After investigating the business activities of some construction enterprises, the article points out the common problems in the risk management of many construction enterprises, and at the same time gives risk management countermeasures based on these problems.
