摘要
日本是亚洲地区先行开展消费教育的国家。二战后,日本消费教育经历了由民间消费者组织主导、消费者保护机制初步建立、纳入学校教育体系和正式立法四个发展阶段。日本已建立多层次、复合领域的消费教育培养目标,规定连续性、终身性的消费教育内容,设置分阶段、递进式、有侧重的学科课程,形成学校、家庭和社会协同的教育实施机制。日本在法律保障、行政建设、实施机制和研究支持方面为我国消费教育的推进提供了可资借鉴的经验与启示。
Japan is one of the earliest countries in Asia to carry out consumer education.After World War II,consumer edu‐cation in Japan experienced four development stages:being led by non-governmental consumer organizations,the initial estab‐lishment of consumer protection mechanism,being incorporated into school education system and formal legislation,and has formed a relatively complete education system.Japan has constructed a training objective with multiple levels in complex fields for consumer education,formulated the continuous and lifelong consumer education content,set up progressive courses with dif‐ferent phases and focuses,and formed an education implementation mechanism for schools,families and society.Such practice tends to provide experience and enlightenment for the promotion of consumer education in China in terms of legal guarantee,ad‐ministrative construction,implementation mechanism and research support.
