新时代教师研修的实践诉求与突围路径

Practical Demand and Breakthrough Path of Teacher Training in the New Era

摘要 新的时代语境赋予教师研修新的内涵诉求和价值期待,亟须以“智慧说”理论在方法论层面进行深度反思。教师研修存在内涵的“封闭窄化”、主体的“无视悬置”和方法的“貌合神离”等矛盾,处于“技”与“道”、“静”与“动”、“一”与“多”等二元冲突中,易于陷入对普适方法的盲求、对德性转化的漠视、对象与方法的错位等困境,产生负和、零和、正和三种利益博弈关系。为此,在可信之维,需要注重理性自觉,强化教师的教育研究力;在可用之维,需要注重辩证综合,创生教师的域界转化力;在可爱之维,需要注重德性自证,唤醒教师的反思实践力。 In the new era context,teacher training has been given new connotation demands and value expectations,and it is urgent to deeply reflect on the methodology level with the theory of“wisdom theory”.There exist contradictions in teacher train‐ing:its connotation is“closing and narrowing”,its subjects are“ignored”and its methods“seem to be harmonious and useful yet divisive”.In the binary conflict of“technique”and“principle”,“stillness”and“movement”,and“one”and“many”,teacher training is easy to fall into the dilemma of blind pursuit of universal methods,indifference to the transformation of virtues,the dis‐location of objects and methods,thus resulting in three kinds of game situations of negative-sum,zero-sum and positive-sum.Therefore,in the dimension of credibility,it is necessary to pay attention to rational consciousness and strengthen teachers’edu‐cational research ability;in the dimension of availability,it is necessary to emphasize dialectical synthesis and develop their do‐main transformation power;and in the dimension of love,it is necessary to focus on self-certification of virtues and awaken their competence for reflective practice.
