摘要
目前,我国馆校美育合作仍存在单一化、表面化、短期化与随意化等问题。法国中小学与博物馆在合作开展美育的过程中,制定标准化方案,引入第三方机制,注重项目审查与评估,强化教师培训及家庭教育等,以此保证合作的质量。其实践经验对于分析我国馆校双方融合互动以实现美育效果的提升具有重要借鉴和启示意义。在我国馆校美育合作中,建立规范化制度架构是合作稳定开展的核心,打造专业化师资队伍是馆校美育合作效能稳定发挥的关键,开展多样性教学形式是合作质量提升的保证。
At present,there still exist some problems in the cooperation between museums and school for aesthetic education in China because such cooperation tend to be simple,superficial,short-termed and random.In the process of aesthetic educa‐tion cooperation between French primary and secondary schools and museums,the quality of cooperation has been ensured by for‐mulating standardization schemes,introducing third-party mechanisms,paying attention to project review and evaluation,and improving teacher training and family education.Its practical experience has important reference and enlightenment significance for analyzing how to cooperate and interact between schools and museums to improve the effect of aesthetic education in China.For this cooperation in China,the establishment of standardized institutional framework is the core of stable cooperation;building the teams of professional teachers is the key to show the good effect of such cooperation;and developing diversified teaching forms is the guarantee of improving cooperation quality.
