热轧S31603/Q370q不锈钢复合板界面特征分析 被引量:2

Analysis on interface characteristics of hot-rolled S31603/Q370q stainless clad steel plate

摘要 利用热模拟试验研究了热变形参数对热轧S31603/Q370q不锈钢复合板结合界面的显微组织、成分分布、显微硬度、厚比分配的影响。结果表明,S31603/Q370q复合板由不锈钢侧至碳钢侧的组织变化依次为不锈钢基体中的奥氏体组织、渗碳层、富集了大量C、Cr的过渡层、脱碳层和碳钢基体中的铁素体+珠光体组织;过渡层有碳化物形成,其硬度最高,脱碳层为铁素体组织,其硬度最低;随着热变形温度的升高,碳钢的厚比分配增加,不锈钢的厚比分配减小,过渡层硬度峰值降低,脱碳层宽度增加;随着总变形量的增加,碳钢、不锈钢的厚比分配成正比关系增加,过渡层硬度峰值升高,脱碳层宽度变窄。 The effect of hot deformation parameter on the interface characteristics of S31603/Q370 q stainless clad steel plate was studied by using a thermo-mechanical simulation tester, with an emphasis on the microstructure, composition distribution, microhardness and thickness ratio distribution. The microstructural change along the interface, from S31603 to Q370 q, was found to be the austenitic S31603 cladding layer, the carburized layer, the transition layer enriched with a large amount of C and Cr, the decarburized layer and the Q370 q base steel with a ferrite plus pearlite microstructure, respectively. The transition layer exhibited the highest hardness due to the formation of carbides, whereas the decarburized layer, with a ferrite microstructure, showed the lowest hardness. With the increase of deformation temperature, the thickness ratio distribution of Q370 q increased but that of S31603 decreased, the peak hardness of the transition layer decreased while the width of the decarburized layer increased. With the increase of total deformation, the thickness ratio distributions of Q370 q and S31603 increased proportionally, the peak hardness of the transition layer increased and the width of the decarburized layer became narrow.
