摘要
微课教育,已被逐步引入我国高职院校教育教学工作中,但整体上效果并不理想。现阶段微课在高职教育教学改革中的应用,存在微课平台、微课资源以及教师参与层面的问题。对此,高职院校在对学生进行教育时,应正确认识现存的教学问题,并针对问题作出合理的教学改革。因此,文中提出以下几点可行性应用策略:校企协同合作,建设微课平台;强化微课教学,促个性化学习;整合多方力量,增强教学效率;鼓励教师参与,微课设计开发。
Micro class is deeply loved and recognized by teachers and students with many significant advantages. However,there are still some problems in the application of micro course platform, micro course resources and teacher participation in the teaching reform of higher vocational education. In this regard, the following feasible application strategies are put forward: school enterprise cooperation, construction of micro course platform, strengthening micro course teaching, promoting personalized learning, integrating various forces, enhancing teaching efficiency, encouraging teachers’ participation, and micro course design and development.
