高职院校五年制学前教育专业校企合作模式研究

受人口政策和教育改革的影响,我国幼教事业发展迅速,推动学前教育专业成为高校的热门专业。学前教育专业招生规模不断扩张,民办高职院校专业招生中,五年制学前教育专业招生规模占全校各专业招生总数的大部分。全国各省市对幼儿教师需求量大幅度增加,对幼儿教师的专业能力及综合素质也提出较高要求。在此背景下,高职教育专业应根据社会需要,加强幼儿教育人才培养,提升学前教育专业教学水平。通过高职院校与企业之间进行合作来实现教学改革是当前高职院校学前教育改革的新思路,是幼儿教育机构与高职院校的深度合作,是将教学资源优势进行深入开发共享,最大限度上降低教育改革的成本。

Affected by the population policy and education reform, the preschool education in our country has developed rapidly, which has promoted the preschool education major to become a popular major in colleges and universities.The enrollment scale of pre-school education majors continues to expand. Among the major enrollment of private higher vocational colleges, the enrollment scale of five-year pre-school education majors accounts for most of the total enrollment of all majors in the school. The demand for kindergarten teachers in all provinces and cities across the country has increased significantly, and higher requirements have been placed on the professional abilities and comprehensive qualities of kindergarten teachers.In this context, the national education major of higher vocational education in our country should strengthen the training of early childhood education talents and improve the teaching level of preschool education according to the needs of the society.The realization of teaching reform through cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is the new idea of the current preschool education reform in higher vocational colleges. It is the deep cooperation between early childhood education institutions and higher vocational colleges. Resource advantages are in-depth development and sharing, reforms to reduce education costs to the greatest extent.
