Effective Cultivation of Children’s Good Quality from the Perspective of Labor Education

本文以幼儿教育为研究对象,站在综合素质培育的角度,围绕劳动教育在幼儿教育中的运用展开研究。首先,对劳动教育的内涵进行了简要概述,并对劳动教育之于幼儿良好素质培育的重要意义进行了全面分析;其次,结合现阶段幼儿教育综合情况,对幼儿劳动教育实践过程中存在的主要问题进行了深入探究;最后,详细介绍了劳动教育视角下幼儿良好素质的有效培育策略。希望能够借助以下研究和探讨,可以为进一步促进幼儿劳动教育工作的有效开展提供一定的借鉴意义,由此来促进幼儿良好素质的形成。

This paper takes preschool as the research object, and from the angle of comprehensive quality cultivation, studies the application of labor education in preschool. First of all, a brief overview of the connotation of labor education, and the importance of labor education for the cultivation of good quality of young children for a comprehensive analysis;second, combined with the current preschool situation, this paper probes into the main problems existing in the practice of infant labor education, and finally introduces the effective cultivation strategies of infant good quality from the perspective of labor education. I hope that the following research and discussion can further promote the effective development of early childhood labor education to provide some reference significance, thereby promoting the formation of good quality of young children.
