摘要
小学道德与法治课是进行法治教育的主阵地,对小学生法治素养培育发挥着不可忽视的作用。小学阶段法治教育亟需树立正确的儿童观,顺应儿童道德认知发展规律,不应以法律条文的机械记忆为主要目的。小学法治教育的起点应当源于儿童生活,过程要贴近儿童生活,终点要归于儿童生活,注重知行合一。教师还要进行有效的作业设计和评价,提升法治教育的效果。
The course of morality and rule of law in primary school is in the main position of conducting law education, which plays an important role in the cultivation of primary school students’ accomplishment of law. At the primary school stage, it is urgent to establish a correct views on children about law education, complying with the development law of children’s moral cognition, and should not take the mechanical memory of legal provisions as the main purpose. The starting point of law education in primary school should come from children’s life, the process of law education should be close to children’s life, the end point of law education should belong to children’s life, and pay attention to the unity of knowledge and practice. Teachers should also carry out effective homework design and evaluation to improve the effect of law education.
