乡村治理,除了是构成国家治理体系的重要部分,同时也代表治理能力的现代化,对乡村振兴战略的实施有着极大影响,是促进农村现代化不可缺少的条件。乡村治理,其核心在于治理有效,深入完善乡村治理体制,搭建现代乡村治理新体系,让自治、法治与德治可以在基层中得到契合。乡村治理不仅要对乡村治理制度进行完善,同时也要不断落实治理能力现代化,并对乡村治理模式取其精华、去其糟粕,不断搭建现代乡村治理体系。此外,还需要促进乡村人文建设和环境建设,提高基层治理软实力,打造生态宜居新农村。

Rural governance is not only an important link of modernization of national governance systems and capacities, but also an inevitable requirement for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and promoting the process of rural modernization.The key to rural governance is effective governance, further improving the rural governance mechanism, building a new system of modern rural governance, to achieve the efficient fit of autonomy,rule by law and rule by virtue. Rural governance in Anhui Province should not only improve the rural governance system and promote the modernization of governance capacity, but also change the rural governance model and build a modern rural governance system;In addition, we should strengthen the construction of rural humanities and environment to improve the soft power of grass-roots governance and create a new rural ecological livable.
