天津学习型城市建设成效与措施研究

Achievements and Prospects of Learning City Construction of Tianjin

天津市学习型城市建设稳步推进,社区教育基本实现全覆盖,学习资源逐渐丰富与开放共享,市民参与学习的热情高涨,参与率稳步提升,终身学习活动周持续举办,全民学习和终身学习的理念不断传播,这些成绩的取得得益于政府大力扶持、院校积极工作与全社会多方参与。2019年,天津作为全国第二批开展学习型城市建设监测项目的城市,圆满完成了监测任务。在梳理天津市学习型城市建设成果的同时,结合监测结果分析存在问题,提出解决思路,对未来天津市学习型城市建设的发展趋势作了展望。

The learning city construction of Tianjin is advancing steadily.Full coverage of community education has basically achieved,and learning resources are gradually enriched and open for sharing.Citizens'enthusiasm to participate in learning is high,and the participation rate is steadily increasing.Lifelong learning week continues to be held,and the concept of lifelong learning for all is constantly communicated.All these achievements have benefited from the strong support of the government,the active work of institutes and the participation of various parties in the society.In 2019,Tianjin,as the one of the second batch of cities in the country to carry out monitoring projects for the construction of learning cities,successfully completed the monitoring tasks.At the same time of sorting out the achievements of Tianjin's learning city construction,combining with the monitoring results,this paper analyzed the existing problems,put forward the solutions,and forecasted the development trend of Tianjin's learning city construction in the future.
