摘要 整个测试系统是基于PXI平台进行设计,由模块化仪器和应用软件开发平台组成,应用软件采用LabVIEW进行开发,利用PXI4071高精度数字表卡和PXI2530B高密度多用复用器开关,来实现最多44路不同类型的RTD铂电阻自动化测试。基于PXI总线的模块化仪器能够实现通道和规模的扩展,用户通过界面友好的软件即可完成操作,并借助于平台的开发接口,用户可进行进一步的开发与配置。运用队列技术加入生产者-消费者模式中,可防止数据的丢失和重复采集,整个系统采用状态机控制方式进行软件总体程序设计,使整个系统更加灵活。 The entire test system is designed based on the PXI platform and consists of modular instruments and application software development platform.The application software is developed using LabVIEW,and the PXI4071 high precision digital meter and PXI2530B high density multiplexer switch are used to realize 44 RTD platinum resistance automatic tests of different types.The modular instrument based on the PXI bus can realize the expansion of channels and scale,and the user can complete the operation through the user-friendly software,and with the help of the programming interface of the platform,the user can carry out further development and configuration.The use of queue technology to join the producer-consumer mode can prevent data loss and repeated collection.The whole system adopts the state machine control mode to design the overall software program,which makes the whole system more flexible.
