数字经济、进口技术溢出对中国创新产出的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Digital Economy and Import Technology Spillover on China's Innovation Output

基于中国省级面板数据,构建中介模型、门槛回归模型、空间杜宾模型,研究数字经济对创新产出的影响。结果显示:数字经济通过进口技术溢出效应促进创新产出增长,并且存在门槛效应;从空间效应来看,各地区的创新产出都依赖于邻近地区的数字经济;数字经济能促进东部、中部和西部地区创新产出增长,但东北地区数字经济未能促进该地区创新产出增长;基本建设投资占比在数字经济与创新产出之间存在调节作用。因此,应制定政策,加快发展数字经济,加速数字创新,推动服务业新一轮高水平对外开放。

Based on China's provincial panel data,this paper constructs the intermediary model,the threshold regression model and the spatial Dobbin model to investigate the impact of the digital economy on innovation output.It is found that the digital economy promotes the growth of innovation output through the spillover effect of import technology,which has a certain threshold effect.From the spatial effect perspective,the innovation output of each region depends on the digital economy of neighboring regions.Specifically,the digital economy can promote the growth of innovation output in the eastern,central and western regions,rather than in the northeast region.The proportion of fixed asset investment plays a regulatory role between the digital economy and innovation output.Therefore,policies should be made to enhance digital economy development,accelerate digital innovation and promote a new round of high-level opening-up of the service industry.
