加权TOPSIS法评价儿童患者人免疫球蛋白使用合理性的探讨

Exploration into Evaluation of Rationality of Human Immunoglobulin Use in Children with Weighted TOPSIS Method

目的应用加权TOPSIS法构建儿童患者人免疫球蛋白临床合理使用评价标准,促进其合理使用。方法选取2020年1—12月某儿童医院使用人免疫球蛋白的出院患儿病例对其人免疫球蛋白使用合理性进行点评。首先建立儿童患者合理使用人免疫球蛋白的点评细则,其次采用层次分析法计算评价指标的相对权重,通过TOPSIS方法进行数据处理分析,计算各病例与完全合理医嘱的相对接近程度系数Ci。结果220个病例中相对接近程度系数Ci最高的为1.0,最低的为0.2。大于等于0.6有187例(占85%),小于0.6有33例(占15%)。结论基于加权TOPSIS法构建的儿童患者人免疫球蛋白合理性使用评价标准顾及了多个评价指标的相对重要性和数据全面性,值得推广。

Objective To construct the evaluation standard of clinical rational use of human immunoglobulin in children by weighted TOPSIS method,so as to promote its rational use.Methods The children with human immunoglobulin use discharged from a children’s hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were included for rationality evaluation.Firstly,the evaluation rules for the rational use of human immunoglobulin in children patients were developed.Secondly,the relative weight of evaluation indexes was calculated by analytic hierarchy process,and the data were processed and analyzed by TOPSIS method.The relative proximity coefficient CI between each case and completely reasonable medical orders.Results Among 220 cases,the highest relative proximity coefficient Ci was 1.0 and the lowest was 0.2,187 cases(85.00%)≥0.6 and 33 cases(15.00%)<0.6.Conclusion The evaluation standard for the rational use of human immunoglobulin based on weighted TOPSIS method takes into account the relative importance of multiple evaluation indexes and the comprehensiveness of data,which is worthy of popularization.
