摘要
[目的/意义]组织开展学科发展战略研究是促进科学技术健康发展的有效手段,是占领未来科技制高点的重要举措,是建设创新型国家的一项重要的基础性工作。[方法/过程]本文以中国科学院学部学科发展战略研究工作为案例,梳理了学部开展学科发展战略研究的历史沿革及重要举措。[结果/结论]本文提出了学科发展战略研究工作的发展方向,为我国开展学科发展战略研究提供新的思路。
[Purpose/significance]Carrying out research on discipline development strategies is an important basic work for building an innovative country.It can not only help to promote the development of science and technology,but also be a significant measure to occupy the commanding heights of future technology.[Method/process]Based on the case study of the discipline development strategy of the Academic Divisions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASAD),this paper sorts out the historical evolution and important measures of the discipline development strategy research.[Result/conclusion]This paper proposes the development direction of discipline development strategy research,and provides new ideas for the development of discipline development strategy research in China.
