济南市经济发展驱动力综合分析

A comprehensive analysis of the driving forces of economic development in Jinan

针对济南市实施的新旧动能转换政策,通过运用相关分析、因子分析、地理探测器、熵值法等对济南市及省会经济圈经济发展进行定量化研究,明确经济发展的驱动因子.结果表明:①济南市经济发展驱动因子呈现多元化特征,经济增长驱动因子与经济增长之间呈现积极的正向推动作用,多个因子之间相互影响共同驱动济南市经济发展;②济南市经济发展驱动力在时间上有阶段性发展的特征,交通运输和科技人才的驱动作用现阶段最强,按发展趋势来说今后交通运输和科技人才对经济的驱动作用会进一步增强;③省会经济圈内发展极不均衡,济南市的极化作用进一步加强,经济发展政策指令性不足,内生无定向的驱动力显著;④最后将研究成果与济南市实际相结合,提出了一些经济发展的建议.

In view of the new and old kinetic energy conversion policies implemented in Jinan,through the use of relevant analysis,factor analysis,geographical detectors,entropy method,etc.,quantitative research is carried out on the economic development of Jinan city and the provincial capital economic circle,and the driving factors of economic development are clarified.The results show that:①The driving factors of economic development in Jinan show diversified characteristics,and the driving factors of economic growth and economic growth show a positive positive driving effect,and the interaction between multiple factors jointly drives the economic development of Jinan.②The driving force of economic development in Jinan has the characteristics of phased development in time,and the driving role of transportation and scientific and technological talents is the strongest at this stage,and the driving role of transportation and scientific and technological talents on the economy will be further enhanced in the future according to the development trend;③The development in the provincial capital economic circle is extremely uneven,the polarization role of Jinan city is further strengthened,the economic development policy directive is insufficient,and the endogenous and directional driving force is significant;④Finally,the research results were combined with the actual situation in Jinan city,and some suggestions for economic development were put forward.
