以忧国忧民为主要内核的忧患意识是我国诸多优秀文化的价值取向之一。新时代大学生是党和人民事业的希望所在,对其进行积极正向的忧患意识教育意义重大。对新时代大学生开展忧患意识教育应当注重从国家、社会、个体三个维度共同发力,引导和促进他们忧“国之将强”面临的风险与挑战,忧“民之向往”尚存的差距与弱项,忧“己之奋斗”潜在的懈怠与不足,把为国家、社会和集体分忧解忧内化为一种思想自觉和行动自觉。为此,高校有必要加强谋划统筹、突出能动地位、用好优质资源、构建实施载体和优化育人环境,多措并举促进大学生在永葆忧患意识中成为堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人。

Eventuality concerns on the basis of a deep care for the country and people constitute one of the value orientations.Shouldering the hope of the Party’s and the people’s cause,college students should undergo positive education of eventuality concerns,which has great educational significance.The eventuality concern education to college students in the new era should focus on the joint efforts of the country,society,and individuals.Proper promotion and guidance are targeted at students’attachment to the risks and challenges faced by China in its prosperity process.They should be concerned about the gaps between people’s longings and realities,their potential slackness and deficiencies in self-struggle.They should internalize their concerns for the country,society and community into a thinking and action consciousness.To this end,it is necessary for colleges and universities to strengthen planning and coordination,highlight their active position,make good use of high-quality resources,build implementation carriers and optimize the education environment.Multiple measures can jointly promote college students’eventuality concerns and their role in national rejuvenation.
