高校作为国家知识创新和技术创新的学研基地,肩负着培养创新型、科研型人才的重任。知识产权教育对于激发大学生的创新创业精神、提高大学生的法律意识、保障大学生合法的知识产权权益具有重要意义。因此,在“双创”背景下高校应创建“一体两翼全链式”知识产权教育体系,革新教育理念、选拔专业教师、提升知识产权教育的实效性,以此提高大学生创新创业、知识产权运营和知识产权风险防范的能力,激发大学生响应“大众创业,万众创新”时代口号的热情。
