摘要
通过比较不同浓度、不同溶剂、不同用量的醋酸氯己定溶液对手消毒的效果,确定醋酸氯己定溶液手消毒的合适浓度、溶剂和使用量。随机抽取A、B、C三组待试人员在相同环境中,按照相同的程序洗手后分别喷洒0.2%的醋酸氯己定水溶液1 mL、2 mL、3 mL进行揉搓消毒,检测消毒效果并对检测结果进行统计、比较;随机抽取A、B、C三组待试人员,改用0.5%的醋酸氯己定水溶液同法进行手消毒,检测消毒效果并对检测进行统计、比较;随机抽取A、B、C三组待试人员,用0.2%的醋酸氯己定75%乙醇溶液同法进行手消毒,检测消毒效果并对检测进行统计、比较。找出影响醋酸氯己定溶液手消毒效果的因素,确定醋酸氯己定溶液手消毒较为合理的浓度与使用量。结果显示,醋酸氯己定水溶液浓度越大、用量越多,手消毒效果越好;相同浓度的醋酸氯己定水溶液和乙醇溶液(75%),后者消毒效果更佳。
By comparing the disinfection effect of chlorhexidine acetate solution with different concentrations,different solvents and different dosages on hand disinfection,the suitable concentration,solvent and dosage of hand disinfection of chlorhexidine acetate solution were determined.The three groups to be tested of A,B,C were randomly selected in the same environment,and they were sprayed 0.2%chlorhexidine solution of 1 mL,2 mL,3 mL after washing their hands in the same order,to detect the disinfection effect and the detection results were counted and compared.The three groups of A,B and C were randomly selected,and 0.5%chlorhexidine acetate solution was used for hand disinfection.The disinfection effect was detected and statistically analyzed.A,B,C three groups of test personnel were randomly selected,0.2%chlorhexidine acetate 75%ethanol solution was used for hand disinfection,and the disinfection effect was detected and statistically analyzed.The objective is to find out the factors influencing the disinfection effect of chlorhexidine acetate solution and to determine the reasonable concentration and dosage of chlorhexidine acetate solution on hand disinfection.As for the chlorhexidine acetate solution alone,the greater the concentration,the more dosage,and the better hand disinfection effect,but as for the same concentration of chlorhexidine acetate and ethanol solution(75%),the latter disinfection effect is better.
