摘要
为解决常规环氧树脂复合材料力学性能不足的问题,利用石墨烯对环氧树脂进行改性处理,制备石墨烯-碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料,利用扫描电子显微镜和万能力学测试仪深入分析该材料的微观形貌和力学性能。根据实验分析结果发现,当石墨烯含量为0.2%时,石墨烯-碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的力学性能最为理想。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient mechanical properties of conventional epoxy resin composites,graphene carbon fiber/epoxy resin composites were prepared by modifying the epoxy resin with graphene.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were analyzed by a scanning electron microscope and a universal mechanical tester.According to the experimental results,when the content of graphene is 0.2%,the mechanical properties of graphene carbon fiber/epoxy resin composites will be the best.
