摘要
通过制备生成小麦秸秆生物炭和市政污泥生物炭,进一步对生物炭的Cr(Ⅵ)与酸性大红GR吸附性能进行了实验测试。结果发现:①基于不同pH值,小麦秸秆生物炭的Cr(Ⅵ)吸附效果明显较好;②小麦秸秆生物炭与市政污泥生物炭的Cr(Ⅵ)吸附最佳时间为4 h,最佳含量为0.8 g;③在Cr(Ⅵ)浓度逐步增高时,生物炭的饱和吸附量均呈现出逐渐增加趋势;④在pH值为2时,小麦秸秆生物炭与市政污泥生物炭的GR脱色率最高;⑤在吸附时间不断增加时,生物炭的GR脱色率随之增高,且可在短时间内快速去除GR;⑥生物炭最佳含量为0.6 g,此时GR脱色率保持在最好状态;⑦在GR浓度逐步增大时,生物炭的饱和吸附量均呈现出逐渐增加态势。
In this paper,we tested the adsorption properties of Cr(Ⅵ)and acid red GR of biochar by preparing wheat straw biochar and municipal sludge biochar.The following results were achieved:①The adsorption effect of Cr(Ⅵ)on wheat straw biochar was significantly better based on different pH values.②The optimal adsorption time of Cr(Ⅵ)between wheat straw biochar and municipal sludge biochar was 4 hours and the optimal content was 0.8 g.③The saturated adsorption capacity of biochar would increase gradually with the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ).④When the pH value was 2,the GR decolorization rate of both biochars would be the highest.⑤The decolorization rate of GR of biochar increased with the adsorption time,and GR could be removed quickly in a short time.⑥The decolorization rate of GR remained in the best state when the optimal content of biochar was 0.6 g.⑦The saturated adsorption capacity of biochar would increase gradually with the GR concentration.
